All contractors and providers reached through this site are independent. SoCal Water Response does not warrant or guarantee any work performed by them. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed.
Estimates and availability
Estimates are provided by the independent contractor, not by us. Same-day and 24/7 emergency services are subject to provider participation, location, technician availability, and demand. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by market and appointment capacity.
Imagery
All persons depicted in a photo or video on this site are actors or models and are not contractors listed on SoCal Water Response.
Calls
Calls placed to the number listed on this site may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and billing purposes, where permitted by applicable law. Standard carrier rates may apply.
Acceptable use

- Do not attempt to interfere with, scrape at scale, or disrupt the operation of the site.
- Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent service requests.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoCal Water Response is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site or out of any services performed by an independent contractor reached through it.
Emergencies
This site is not an emergency service. If there is a risk to life, an active gas leak, an electrical hazard or a structural collapse risk, call 911 or your local emergency number first.
